We collect your name, email and message when you complete a contact form on our website. We use this data for the purpose of contacting you to discuss your enquiry only.

We use google analytics to monitor usage and behaviour on our site so that we can improve your experience. All data is anonymised.

Who we share your data with

We may share your data, with your consent, with contractors we ask to quote for work for you in fulfilling your garden design.

How long we retain your data

We will keep your data for 6 years + current year in case it is needed to back up any HMRC investigations. After this period it will be deleted or anonymised.

What rights you have over your data

You can request to receive a file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. To request your data, please email helen@honestygardens.co.uk. We reserve the right to charge a small fee for the administration on this task.

Where we send your data

Your contact details will be added to my mobile phone address book should we enter into a contract and copied to my accounts package (Intuit Quickbooks) for invoicing purposes.
